Meet the Founder
Victoria Green, M.S., BCBA, LBA – Founder, Board-Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst
Victoria Green’s journey supporting individuals and their families began during her enriching internship at the renowned Marcus Autism Center's Severe Behavior unit while studying at Georgia State University. It was here that she discovered her true calling: empowering others to unlock their full potential.
With a Master of Science in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University, Victoria has built a solid foundation in her field. After gaining valuable experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, she proudly became a board-certified behavior analyst.
Victoria truly shines with her compassionate approach, seamlessly blending evidence-based strategies with cultural humility. Her heartfelt dedication to dismantling barriers and promoting understanding in behavioral support is inspiring. She is passionate about fostering lasting behavioral change and skill-building, making a positive impact in the lives of many.
Through Root & Bloom Behavior Services, Victoria provides invaluable mentorship to fellow behavior analysis professionals, parent coaching, educational resources, and tailored private services. Her dedication to helping others truly inspires and uplifts everyone around her!

Fieldwork shouldn't be about checking boxes or simply accumulating supervision hours.
My goal is to mentor future BCBAs who can confidently think, analyze, problem-solve, and make ethical clinical decisions independently.
Supervision is designed to bridge the gap between graduate coursework and real-world practice by emphasizing applied clinical reasoning rather than memorization.
Throughout our supervisory relationship, you'll gain practical experience in how a BCBA thinks—not just what a BCBA does.
Empowering families through education, collaboration, and compassionate guidance.
At Root & Bloom, we believe that meaningful progress happens when families feel informed, supported, and confident—not overwhelmed.
Parents know their child better than anyone else.
Our role is not to replace that expertise but to provide evidence-based tools, education, and coaching that empower caregivers to support meaningful growth within everyday routines.
We believe behavior change is most successful when intervention extends beyond therapy sessions and becomes naturally embedded into family life.
Rather than expecting parents to become therapists, we focus on helping caregivers become confident partners in their child's development. Many parent trainings focus on teaching caregivers what to do.
